Well Jimmy wasnt on duty. If he would have stayed and tried to help and something went wrong then he could have been help liable.
By that logic a police man can walk away form abank robbey if hes off duty? sound right?
Thats completely different. If off duty police officer tries to stop the bank robbers and they still get away the bank will not sue him for not stopping the bank robbers.
