MkIII had hood struts, full size spare tire, TEMS, M heritage from the 2000GT (4v bored and stroked 2000GT engine), damn good looks, supermonitor, sold like crazy, was extremely successful, is very cheap now and easy to find but not common on the streets, has some serious potential (not 2JZ potential, but nonetheless 100HP crank from intake and exhaust), comfortable, dependable (only car I havent had to have towed) etc.
MkIV had rod for the hood, donut for spare, still good looks, didnt sell as well (though production was far far less...there were more sold in 89 than all MkIV years 93-9
