that bike will have something like 100 HP and can go 160 mph +.

Not what I'd consider the best bike to learn on, however if the rider is not an aggressive driver and rides like a normal person should, it is fine for a beginner. I personally, as I have stated before, would suggest finding like a $500 to $1000 bike to learn on for your first year or so of riding, then upgrade when you feel you are ready.
