84mm bore = more displacement.
If your sleeving it, you might aswell got to 84mm, it does not cost anymore.
Concerning staying non-vtec, that would be a mistake on your part. The non-vtec head does not flow as well as a vtec cylinder head.
A b20 and b18 are the same once they are sleeved, however a b20 is a 84mm factory sleeve.
