A sleeved 84mm b18 or b20 would be ideal with a vtec cylinder head (b16 or b18c).

Proper valvetrain & cams along with intake manifold would also be part of the powerplant.

Concerning a turbo kit, you could put one together your self or look into kits from different companies such as AFI, Full-Race, Peak Boost etc..

Concerning fuel management, an obd2 to obd1 harness & obd1 ecu on hondata, ectune, neptune etc..., walbro 255lph pump, proper precision or rc injectors with proper clips & resistor box if needed etc...
