rice = fronting (claiming/thinking/acting as though you have more than you do) or mods that are in poor taste. Thats where the term originated. Now it gets thrown around for anything anybody doesn't approve of. If you have an intake, exhaust, a nice sound system/interior and a set of well matched wheels, I wouldn't call it rice. Besides, I'm sure you mod your car for you, who cares what some dipshit thinks?
