if you read my previous posts, that's what i'm counting on, the cops words. i believe it's illegal for a cop to issue an improper turn infraction, if they didn't see it. Cops make mistakes all the time. You just gotta catch em.
The car being not registered to me, but to a dealership should help because makes it more likely that I wasn't driving the car. Which the cop DID NOT see.
