heres the story i have a mini me swap and when i picked it up to drive i got on it and it didnt rev past65 or 6800 rpm. im throwing code 9 which is the distributor is that the problem. and the timming is advanced all the way to if that helps its supposed to rev to 8200 rpm thanx for your help
