Here is my rap sheet....
On August 19, 2004, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement’s (FDLE) Quad County Narcotics Task Force served search warrants in Hernando County.
A search warrant was served at 3348 Susan Drive, Spring Hill that resulted in the Task Force seizing eight (
pounds of Marijuana, several items of drug paraphernalia, forty-six (46) tablets of Hydrocodone and fifteen (15) tablets of Oxycodone. This seizure resulted in getting eight thousand-four hundred thirty-five dollars ($8,435.00) worth of drugs off the street.
Arrested at his residence was
ERIC EDWARD SIEVERS
, W/M, DOB 07/03/75. SIEVERS was charged with Poss. Marijuana (over 20 g), Poss. Of Drug Paraphernalia, Trafficking Hydrocodone, Trafficking Oxycodone. He was booked into the Hernando County Jail with a total bond of Sixty-five thousand five hundred ($65,500.00).
On the same date another search warrant was served at 11186 Claymore Street, Spring Hill also in Hernando County. Arrested at his residence was
JERAMY G. PEAL
, W/M DOB 06/17/72. Seized at the residence was 18.8 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
PEAL
in addition to being charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia, was charged with four separate counts of Sale of Marijuana and four counts of Possession of Marijuana. The charges of Sale and Possession of Marijuana stems from two control buys from
PEAL
in June 2004 of one (1) pound of Marijuana, and a control buy in July and August 2004 of a half (1/2) pound of Marijuana. The controlled Marijuana buys from
PEAL
took place at
PEAL’
s residence at 11186 Claymore Street, Spring Hill.
PEAL
was booked in the Hernando County Jail with a total bond of twenty thousand five hundred ($20,500.00) dollars.
The FDLE’s Quad County Narcotics Task Force is comprised of deputies from Hernando, Citrus, Sumter, Pasco County and Florida Highway Patrol Troopers. This Task Force focuses on investigating and arresting drug offenders who operate in the four county area.
The Quad County Narcotics Task Force announces that as a result of the search warrants at the homes of

more arrests are anticipated.
