T/A's are a great looking car, but IMO they are way overpriced. I looked around for a used LS1 T/A not too long ago and it was shocking to find out how expensive they were, seeing that you could get a nice used LS1 SS for around 15 or less easy. If it's F-body speed you're after I would go with the SS, it's fast for less money. It still has clean good looks as well. If you want to look mean as hell, I would go with the T/A. I decided to not go with a T/A and just wait a year or two for the car that I really want, a 'Vette. As far as a loan goes, I would never reccomend to anyone to get a loan that length on a car, you don't know what you will like in 6 years. You will also run out of warranty and still have a monthly payment. Personally I would recommend 3-4 years tops, after that you are buying more car than you can afford. F-bodies aren't cheap cars to maintain, they do take some TLC. The rewards far outweigh the costs though, so I know you'll love either one you decide on.
