Personally id chip it first then intake because its cheap. Chip is the biggest gain in hp/tq for the money

All the other stuff is alot more money(unless you have the money)
Exhuast/and wheels arnt cheap.

But yea, regular maintence for sure wont cost alot in parts if everything good.
