Yea your supposed to start furthest away from the master cylinder I never do but in your case it wouldn't hurt to try. I would also bleed either a big bottle or two little bottles of brake fluid through it. Also what Kinda of calipers did you get? If they're bigger like GSR's on an LS you need to get a bigger master cylinder.
