I got a call from a deputy which is a friend of mine and he said I'm glad you answered your phone and I asked why? He
then tells me because a motorcycle fatality just came over the radio and it was close to your house and he wanted to make sure it wasn't me. He wasn't at the scene because he was transporting a subject to jail. So I headed down there to make sure it wasn't one of my friends I knew being its 5 minutes from my house. Well one of my good friends is a trooper and he now works, this county he was the one that wrote the report and was there,
there was a taillight on the dirt bike it was integrated on the rear fender, I saw it I couldn't tell if it had a headlight, the front end was pretty much gone and the tire was about a half a block up the road and the car was three houses down in someones yard. The rider and passenger where taking to the hospital, The rider was pretty much dead on arrival they did CPR and took him... I didn't want to brother my friend which is the trooper, I left. The next day I went to his house to eat dinner and he let me know what happened. The rider went thru a red light hitting the car on the rightside, the passenger of the bike was thrown over the rider and car into the middle of Pinehurst and Spring Hill Dr. Where and suffered a broken leg and other injuries. The rider hit the hood of the car and was thrown off of it, which there was alot of blood loss from the rider because of head trauma. The passenger of the car had injuries also. The parents where notified by EMS that the rider had died. They had no gear or helmets there shoes where laying on the street...
No one wins, its a sad case. He shouldn't have been riding on the street he also has a prior charge for driving with out a license...
