The Mckinney mounts are the only ones that are readily available. (I think) At $600 they are a bit pricey but the time they will save is undeniable. They list the driveshaft at $500. I have had several made locally with good results that have been around $300 for aluminum and a bit less for steel. The only other things you would need would be a downpipe and possibly their o2 spacer if the steering shaft is to close.
So it's probably about $1000 in parts if your creative. If you can do the install yourself you'll save quite a bit. I will help with whatever information I can. With the mount kit it will be a direct bolt-in. The only thing required to get it running will be some custom wiring which is generally not a big deal if you can read a schematic and use a soldering iron with moderate proficiency.
Remember, I'm doing a swap from a complete clip, which essentially means you'll be getting all the parts you would get if you purchased a complete clip because there will be a great deal of parts that I will not need that will come in handy for a 240 swap.
