Does anyone else see the ridiculousness of this situation? A dealer bought a stolen vehicle, and then SOLD it to a guy who then had it confiscated, and nobody is pointing any fingers at the dealer?!

it would suck when you get a nice classic car like that, put some nice rims and tires on it, build the engine and redo the interior, and THEN someone tells you it was originally stolen.

Its really bad for that Newman guy. But at least he didnt(or at least it didnt say he did) put much money INTO the car. If I found out right now that my car was originally stolen, and they confiscated it, I'd be pissed off as all hell. I'd be knocking out kneecaps and busting windows id be pissed. But there is less I could do if that were the case, because I bought it from a private owner, not a dealer. I also bought it in Miami, where anything could've happened.
