LOL, its funny, i have a 1991 honda civic dx, and i have the same exact prob, mine jerks and bogs, i have changed the plugs, plug wires, checked the alt (at discount auto), and cleaned the throttle body today, and replaced the fuel filter, well, i have done everything that i know how to do to it and it still does it, the only other things i could think of would be the fuel pump( which is in my gas tank, not sure about yours) or the timing, and i have no clue on how to adjust that, i just ordered my engine today, im putting in a b16a , might as well, im not shelling out the money on a worthless d-series that doesnt have much potential, well if you get it checked let me know what it is, i have done just about everything to it besides drive it off a cliff.
