Fords is more or less based on the old statistic that ppl drive an average of 12k miles a year. A lot more ppl these days are driving a lot more than 12k miles a year and chevy realizes this. They both make a realiable product regardless of what any haters or fanboys say. I work on cars for a living and I have lots of late model cars coming in with 200k these days.

I can tell you this much, I work on more GMs than anything. It did some like GM was using some shitty electronics. There was a time where we were replacing window motors, switches, and fuel pumps on cars and trucks that were only a f ew years old.

btw there was a post made a month or so ago where ford was ranked ahead of GM, Honda, Toyota, and Chrysler in quality, only being behind Lexus and Porsche
