I wonder why i'm the only one asking this but if it's a NEW motor shouldn't it be warranteed? Why don't you just carry it back to the guy who built it and have him diagnose the problem. I mean not insulting you but you don't seem to know a whole lot about rotaries but then again not much people do. If I were you and i just spent all that money on a brand new motor w/ 0 miles on it and after only 3k it's acting funky like that.......i'd carry back to the guy who built it..... If you screw around and try to fix something yourself and screw it up worse then the guy might not want to warrantee your stuff.....
