Ok so i bought a car yesterday from a private owner. He signed the title in the seller line and i signed my name in the purchaser line. Well onw i really dont want the car so do i have to go to the dmv and still get the title in my name and just wait till i get the new title in the mail to sell the car??or can i sell the car even though i have my name signed in the purchaser line??
