dude. like billy said, decide on what your goals are. the dart block is not necessary, nor is the head. there are a vast array of different engine buildup combinations out there, it just depends on what your ultimate goal is. you wanna go turbo? you do on ehting. all motor? go the other route. decide first, then ask questions and make them intelligent and not just question about adds you saw in a magazine.
