I have an S13 and about 2 weeks ago I replaced the back brake pads. I put ceramics on. However it was making a noise when I backed up slowly. So I pulled the wheels off and my wheel would turn but not as freely as it should. The brake pads are pressing lightly on the rotors even when the brake pedal is pressed. I bled the brakes but that didnt help much. If anyone knows what the problem would be I would appreciate the help. If you need me to describe more I will be happy to try.

P.S. I lifted the whole rear end off the ground onto jack stands and turned the car on and put it in reverse. The left side turned by itself but the right side sometimes would not turn as it the brake were being pressed but they werent. But if it did it would turn and hesitate like it wanted to stop turning then it would speed back up and slow down again and etc.

And visually it looked to me as if the caliper piston wouldnt go back in as much as it should.
