+1 i tinted my windows for like 25 bucks (i had 2 small windows in the back on my coupe) and it took about an hour. just get a water sprayer, with baby shampoo and water in it (or tint liquid) and spray the window down and clean it with a utility knife blade on an angle, inside and outside. once its clean spray the outside of the car (the window) with it and lay the sheet on top, and trim the excess off to keep about an inch of slack around it (room for mistakes). once you have it cut somewhat to side, spray the inside window (soak it!) with the liquid, peel the film off the tint and place it on the window, sliding it into place. trim the excess off and start to squeege it (starting at the top working down) until you can remove it all and get it as flat as possible (use a squeege then a credit card or plastic card). make sure you get all the water out the bottom, because if you leave it and it sits in there it WILL start to crumple off. then repeat for the other side. do it in a garage if possible or on a non windy day as stated, and its easier if you have a friend help you. it takes less than an hour, is cheap, and if you take your time it looks good. also dont roll the windows down for 3 days minimum. make sure you trim about 1/8-1/4 inch around the glass edge (the sides, top and bottom) so it doesnt catch on the door anywhere.
