The 4000hp integra runs twin turbos at 55-60 psi on a B18 setup, but it is rare.

I think the best thing to do would be to get 4 16g turbos and run a quad-turbo Civic. You could just stack the intercoolers on top of eachother, and the piping would take up all available space in the engine bay. Itd be totally sweet.
