Not even. A Jackson Supercharger claims a 40% power increase which would bring it to about 200-210 at the wheels and its heavy curb weight would make for a mid-13 time well tuned. It is even harder to make a supercharger make good power in an ITR. So dont expect lightening fast times unless the Type R has lots of other work.
