Default OFFICIAL Honda Water Leak fix thread.

Ok guys, im sick and tired of having puddles in my car everytime it downpours or i wash my car. Now i know theres plenty of garbage information on Honda tech but not a real solution in one thread. If we can get some good information in this thread maybe we can sticky this and figure out all the little nooks and crannies where water comes from, and why it does not run down like it should.

Here i go.

(1)
Im sure alot of you guys have Water on the floor boards. Honda had a TSB out a while back talking about the seam sealer being insufficiently applied. Its a pain in the the ass as far as i can figure out but. Any input on this?

(2)
Under the A pillar moldings up top where the body panels come together i get water leaking thorugh there. Also in the back where the body panels come together it leaks. (roof to pillar)

I allready tried to re ream seal underneath the rain gutters, didnt help.

(3)
My sunroof tray is also leaking due to small rust holes. So if your headliner around the sunroof leaks, check that out as well.

(4) Check the sunroof drains and see if they leak around where they connect. Or if they may have popped out completely. Also check if they are clogged.

(5) my hood cowl seal is bad and water runs inside the hook cowl which it is supposed too but the seal is bad on the corner where the blower hole is so water runs in there.

Anyone else who has these issues please let us all know maybe we can fix this crap together or find a bodyshop thats familiar with the way hondas are supposed to drain water to the ground.
