+1, Playing Live For Speed. Cars flip, roll, take damage, chirp tires, loose and gain traction realistically, sound effects are very accurate (not that tinny generic sound in most games like Forza and GT4), best car physics of any racing simulator, and it's the best racing simulator game ever made.
