what a pile of crap. So you have a turbo sized for a 2+ L motor and you have it on a 0.05L motor. Maybe that's why the turbo doesn't even spin at idle. I doubt that it's making any positive pressure at all.

if he had a little gokart sized turbo it might actually be worth doing.... and electronic fuel injection?? an old school B&S carb could easily be setup to work with FI.
