yea it would be higher but my electronic boost controller is cranked all the way, so it will go higher when i stop being lazy and do something about it.
whats wrong with the boost controller? if i have mine cranked all the way its basically "Wastegate closed", but any less than that and its 20-21 or so. of course i dont have a 30/30 gauge, but drew(from darkside) says there is something up with it. it might be the wastegate might be something else.
