no never said cheap to build. but by far one of the cheapest to bbuy. i see them on craigslist in the low hundreds across florida all the time.
shit they are cheap to buy anywhere. just have to look at teh condition of it before you buy it. as i see cheep 240s up here in ehh condition. then i see 240s that ppl pay 1k-2k for and have chassis rust all over. luckily my 400.00 pos was straight and no rust
