This is an interesting topic, I have to say. Here in Montgomery, the Sound Ordinance Violation ticket runs about $250, and about to go higher since the cops have a new quota to meet. There's plenty of kids running around with this kind of shit. I'm not old, but I know right from wrong and stupid from smart.
