the VG30ET only has the turbo hooked up through the driver's side manifold. It gets exhaust from the passenger side through means of a crossover pipe. Theoretically, you could hook up the turbo to the exhaust manifold and it would spool. then you just need injectors, fuel, management, tuning, etc. Give DC a call
