lol. honestly i agree with everyone. i am also hearing impaired....but that wasnt me ^^^^^^....but the only thing i have to argue, that kids have differ interest in things that they like to do. such as loud stero(me )....the thing i think is stupid is those rice burners....i think thats retarded...i bet they dont even race and they are still slow it just the muffler intimidates everyone.

but the real question is why the make products that are not even allowed in the road. such as speakers,mufflers,and engine upgrades? and there making laws for them when you can purchase those products,and people are still using them on the streets.
