How do I know exactly what kind of clutch I have? How do I know if it's unsprung? Is there anyway to tell without having to take the tranny off?

Also would you guys reccomend an Exedy OEM replacement clutch, or should I just go Honda OEM. I found the exedy for $129.00 shipped here.

Oh and also how much would it be to have my Exedy Organic Racing clutch switched with an OEM clutch, (if I provide the parts)? How much do you think I can sell my current clutch for? It is almost brand new.
