thats all heavy as hell. are you planning on taking it out at the track? if so some footwell pods with quick connects would be best for the mids. quick connects for the subs aimed up as you mentioned if its a sealed box. if its ported you will have to see how the sound folds in your car and aim accordingly.

you might also want to consider ditching the rear mids and running a single set of mids with the subs running off the rear channels and cut out the 2nd amp.
