Reman is a good way to go in my opinion. If I was to do it again I'd probably do that. Don't have to worry about rebuilding them. For the rotors if you don't want to drill or have them drilled there are places that sell them drilled for 4 lug. Off the top of my head:

I don't know much about them, they probably cross-drill em in house or something. Don't know if I'd trust that. If they do maybe then can just slot them. If you're looking to go with something like powerslots PDM-racing will drill them for 4-lug for you for like 15 buck a rotor or something.
