I'm not sure on the Emissions refulations in your state, but here in AL, we take the cats off and do turndowns. Then shave the EGR or get rid of it completely. The breathers just need to be closed shut. Cut the bottom of the filter box back so there's more air. Take out the windshield washer fluid resrvoir (15 lbs. full). Take out the back seats (about 20 lbs.). Take out the spare tire (like 30 lbs. or so). Just a few things.
See, I never agreed with the EGR thing. Its bypassed at full throttle anyways, people have never realized any actual gains from removing it. So, why bother? All you're doing is adding pollution.
