Theres no red dust. Just regular dust on a bad paint job. The previous owner had a maaco job done on it, and they didnt tape off everything they needed too. My entire Front support, including the front and top of my radiator and AC system was painted red because of overspray.

My engine bay is a rats nest, Im just too lazy to clean it.
