Awesome idea , how ever were talking about the same people that put cones in the middle of the road on a saturday night.... Do you think they will cease from putting crap in the road....Im all for bettering the relationships , but come on , you gotta sink low to intentionally try to hurt someone by putting stuff in the road on a blind turn at night....
