i think that might be just the plain CL600 12 cyl......i was looking up the CL55 and CL65 AMG and they both have different wheels, badging and not as much chrome trim .....but both are within 4.5-4.7 0-62mph .....good for 12's 
the 55's come with the amg 5 stars. and it looks like there is badging on both sides of the rear....if that is the case then the only mb cars with badging on both sides are the AMG cars.
