Dude Chris.... Brighthouse is driving me crazy, you should tell those lazy ass digital phone techs to wire the modem out to the telephone interface.....
Those lazy bastards just wire the modem out into the nearest phone jack to "backfeed" all of the other jacks with dial tone, but then my RJ31X's are now backwards and the alarms won't send signals....
I was in Lansbrook yesterday, the Dr. told me he got Brighthouse 2 years ago... the F'n alarm hasn't worked for over two years because of lazy tech's....
If anyone here goes Brighthouse for phones AND has an alarm system, don't let the tech...Brighthouse OR Knight's, leave until you do a test to the central station...
It's getting rediculous... I go on 7 of these calls a week lately......
