He was strong at VT,but thats only becuase he liked to scramble alot and made decent passes.That wasnt the case in the NFL,teams were ready for him.As far as his talent,Payton Manning or other players of that caliber pwned him.No real need to pick up 10yrd runs when they moved the ball in the air.Just a guy that sold alotta jerseys and was keeping collage park down yo.
