Organize it Eric. Seriously. Pick a date a month or 2 or 3 or so in advanced. Talk with the owner (or park, or restaurant or whatever) of where ever you want to meet. Then post up here asking everyone to attend. In your post, let everyone know the date, time and place. For example, let us know that you reserved a pavilion and that we will have a bbq. Ask for help with food and drinks and start a sign up sheet for who will bring what foods. Or, let us know what restaurant. After speaking with someone today who has organized many events, I understand why people get tired of arranging events again and again and again...IT'S TIRING, but oh so worth it. However the worth begins to fade when help is nonexistent. I would arrange something myself if I were not so damn busy.

P.S. With enough notice, I will be there. With enough notice, I will bring food. The last cookout I went to (Holy cow was it really 2004?!) many TR Mazda Tech people showed and we all brought food and we all enjoyed each others company and cars. Proteges, 323's, Mx3's, and Rx7's came.
