the strict standards applies to new cars, which is a good thing. I am all for cleaner air. Emission testing may or may not come back. When it does it will be a while to get stations built and running. The strict standards wont apply to older cars already in existence. If you have a car that wont pass it is very easy to make it pass. Very Easy.

The tuner is always smarter than the state. Tricks win. What would suck is the day cops have on sight emission checks. Thats the day when my cars will have hidden battery kill switch. "damn, my car wont start!"
