I'd go with a Z-28, it's fast... point blank. It will outperform a WRX in anything except racing on a loose surface. Get yourself some Nitto's and you'll even launch them out the hole...like me. As far as quality, I have had no issues with mine, I'm approaching 30k and it's never been in anyone's shop for anything, I run mid 12's with 3 mods that take and hours worth of labor combined. But it's your choice, I say test drive every car you can and make a choice.
