I was doing 74 in a 55 and its a 180 doller ticket..

I am going to pay it and take the driving course to take the points off (its 4 points)

this is my 2nd ticket in 3 years.. will be insurance be effected if i take the class ??

How long do i have to pay the ticket before the price goes up?
