But at least CA has testing centers so that decibal limits can be tested and a statement given to the driver and according to FL state law sherrif's departments are supposed to have testing equipment to test decibal limits but when I called they had no idea what I was talking about

Its good about the EPA standards but the counties already can't afford to keep thier own employees on the payroll so how will this work? In IL they had testing centers but now I don't even think they are still open.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.
