depends on who you ride with....some slow. moderate and fast rides over @ TSB (tampasportbikes.com)...everyone thinks they are the fastest though....

as far as twisties...you are in one of the worst parts of the worst states for that so you best get used to it....i do trips to the GA and NC mountains to get that kinda fix and track days for the other fix.....but the N Run is pretty good and some peeps ride over to Clermont (Lake County) for a few really good roads...also the Ocala National Forest has some good high speed (not very technical) twisties....other than that....good luck, ive seached the center part of this state for 5 years now and good roads are few and far between....
