I started trying to get my arm back to normal operating condition because it became so weak from having it in a sling not moving.
so it was pretty recent then. usually with clavicles, they heal on its own. dont really need to touch it unless its all shattered in 3 different pieces. but they do heal back and form a "knot".
chances are, you wouldnt need surgery. youll just have some cracking and popping from time to time. they do take time to heal. bones heal 6-8 weeks but if youre a youngin, around 6 weeks. im guessing your shoulder is doing ok now. let me know if you got any questions as far as exercises for that shoulder, i work at a physical therapy clinic and this is one of the stuff i did to our patients.
do some therapy to that injured shoulder. do external rotations, scaptions, ROM pulleys and "wand exercises", then start hitting the gym to get back the strength.
did you ever do a follow up xray? u said ur insurance might not cover anymore of your medical stuff, so good luck.
