Royal Purple or Amsoil....followed by Mobil 1 full synthetic. Any of those 3, you can't really go wrong with, but I prefer either Royal Purple or Amsoil.

As far as filters, I personally use the OEM ones. If you can't get an OEM one, K&N's seem to do well. I've heard pretty good things about the Purolator Pure One's as well.

One thing to point out, if your car has been running regular conventional/dyno oil, and you swap over to synthetic, you're probably going to spring a whole bunch of oil leaks (if your DSM doesn't have them already ).
