Set your goals by horsepower, not psi.. psi is different from turbo to turbo. You really need to do a lot more research, you are just going to get flamed here.. Search on websites such as Team-Integra is on the move! (literally) (go to articles, then performance, then forced induction), do a search on Honda-tech.com, hell, even do a search here, im sure you will find plenty of info to keep you reading for hours and hours.
